Your debit card activity is monitored on a 7 day-a-week/24-hour basis. If fraudulent activity is suspected you will be contacted immediately, day or night. If FRAUD PREVENTION SERVICES suspects your card has been compromised, they will contact you on the phone number connected to your card. If they are unable to reach you, a temporary block may be placed on your card until either you or the bank calls them to approve the transaction. If anyone calls and asks for your card number or other account information, hang up and call 1-888-263-3370 immediately.
